Booking Terms
- Fill in the fields of the form.- The booking form is a request for a reservation and there is no commitment on your part or on the part of Istorima Guest House.
- After confirmation of room availability you will be given bank account for the payment of the deposit.
- Your reservation is only valid after a deposit of 30% of the total amount or another amount to be agreed with the reservation department and you bear all bank charges. The amount of advance payment cannot be less than the price of one night΄s stay
- The advance payment should be proved by sending a fax or e-mail of the bank deposit.
- Customers who have not made a reservation are served with the their arrival from the reception, depending on the daily availability
- The room will be available after 14:00.
- Delivery and payment of your bill must be done by 12:00 at the latest .
- The company reserves the right to interrupt your stay in case of violation of the terms of the regulation.
- Guests under 18 are only accommodated with the simultaneous presence of guardians throughout their stay.
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation of your reservation, the deposit is refunded only when the cancellation is made 30 days before the scheduled date of arrival and you bear all possible bank charges.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation in less than 30 days you are charged with 50% of the amount of the advance payment, while in case of cancellation in less than 5 days the advance payment is deducted in favor of Istorima Guest House.
- In case of cancellation of the reservation or reduction of the days during your stay, you will be charged 50% of the remaining amount for the period you declared and if you inform the Reception Department at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount of the agreed stay.
- Reduction of the number of nights is possible without charge up to 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, the cancellation policy applies for the number of days that are cancelled.
- In case of no-show, and without written notification, the accommodation is considered free for disposal, the next day.
